Job Description
- Prepare tender quotations, including quantity take-offs, materials/subcontractor outsourcing, and costing.
- Source new suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyze and negotiate costs in preparation of tender BOQs (Bills of Quantities). Must have a good understanding of tender documents to prepare tender submissions and ensure cost control.
- Monitor work status progress at the job site.
- Prepare progress claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare variation orders, purchase orders, and final accounts.
- Attend site meetings and tender show-rounds.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Architecture.
- Experience working with main contractors for interior projects (e.g., offices, F&B, retail, schools).
- English and Vietnamese language skills are required (good English is advantageous).
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- May be required to travel to Singapore HQ for training.
