Job Description
- Xây dựng kế hoạch và chiến lược bán hàng cho kênh được giao (GT, MT, Horeca), đặc biệt ưu tiên tập trung phát triển kênh GT để đạt được chỉ tiêu.
- Theo dõi sell-in, sell-out, tồn kho tuần; đề xuất CTKM, trưng bày.
- Báo cáo kết quả và forecast định kỳ.
- Thương lượng mở mới, Ký Hợp Đồng Đại Lý.
- Theo dõi Thanh toán của Khách hàng và hỗ trợ các Bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề.
Job Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên.
- Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 4 năm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành FMCG, đặc biệt các công ty cùng ngành.
- Am hiểu thị trường.
- Kỹ năng điều phối, giám sát và quản lý công việc.
- Sử dụng thành thạo Excel, Word.
- Khả năng xử lý tình huống tốt.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.
