Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and projects within Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers, ensuring excellent service, issue resolution, and repeat business.
- Leverage personal contacts and networks in luxury cosmetics, fashion boutiques, and international retail to generate new sales.
Project Management
- Oversee execution of high-end interior projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Liaise with client project managers to manage progress and address any challenges.
- Track project milestones, payments, and provide regular management follow-ups.
Quotations & Documentation
- Prepare and draft quotations, tenders, and project-related documents for review and approval.
- Support internal project processes to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
Cross-border Collaboration
- Work closely with headquarters in Singapore for regional coordination.
- Support opportunities for international projects and business expansion.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in high-end interior design and contracting, especially within retail and luxury brand environments.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to bring in new business.
- Existing network or proven capability in luxury cosmetics, fashion boutiques, and retail sectors.
- Fluent in English (preferred) or Chinese.
- No formal qualification required if substantial relevant experience is demonstrated.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to interpret project drawings.
- Proficiency in office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly resourceful, dynamic, and goal-oriented.
