Job Description
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target high-end aesthetic clinics and hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Sell complex capital equipment and specialized consumables to medical facilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Leverage existing market networks to generate new business opportunities.
Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term, high-value clinical relationships with key decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding medical and aesthetic solutions.
Technical Support and Training
- Demonstrate a deep technical understanding of the company's products.
- Provide professional clinical training support to doctors and clinic staff.
- Ensure clients are fully proficient in using the equipment and consumables.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Medical, Pharmaceutical, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B medical, pharmaceutical, or high-end aesthetic equipment sales experience.
- Priority is given to candidates experienced in selling complex capital equipment (such as medical devices) or specialized consumables.
- Must possess an existing network of high-end aesthetic clinics and hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep technical understanding of medical/aesthetic products.
- Ability to provide professional clinical training support.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Professional, proactive, and results-oriented.
