Job Description

Project Planning & Execution:

• Oversee the factory expansion, including layout design, construction, and installation of new production lines (metal eyewear and injection molding).
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, EHS) and external contractors.

Technical Expertise:

• Manage processes related to metal fabrication, plating lines, water treatment systems, and injection molding.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (waste recycling, energy efficiency, fire equipment, pollution control).
• Oversee civil engineering aspects (building modifications, utility setups, structural requirements).

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination:

• Work with business partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth integration of new production lines.
• Communicate project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Risk & Compliance Management:

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.

ROI & Cost Optimization:

• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for new machinery, equipment, and production line investments.
• Evaluate CAPEX efficiency, payback periods, and long-term operational savings.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effective procurement.

Continuous Improvement:

• Recommend energy-saving and cost-efficient solutions for production processes.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field). A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in factory expansion, production line setup, or manufacturing).
• Hands-on experience with metal processing, plating, injection molding, and environmental protection systems.
• Familiarity with civil engineering requirements for industrial projects.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, recycling processes, and energy-saving technologies.
• Proven ability to analyze ROI for industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with CAPEX justification, lifecycle costing, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD). Generalized project management software requirement.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Experience in eyewear manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO standards is preferred.
