Job Description

HR Solutions & Service Delivery

  • Creatively define the scope of HR services and business models for a strong value proposition to clients, including talent acquisition, training and HR consulting projects, employee outsourcing services, expatriate management services, human capital management advisory, payroll computation, tax return calculation, and social security insurance planning.
  • Proactively market and sell services, oversee implementation, and ensure deliverables.

Compliance & Advisory

  • Provide guidance to clients to ensure HR policies and practices are fully compliant with local labor ordinances and related regulations.
  • Conduct HR-related analysis, prepare reports, and present insights to clients where necessary.

Client Relationship Management

  • Continuously build and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing needs and providing professional HR advisory.

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Generate or exceed targeted revenue and profitability of the HR services business.
  • Measure and monitor the implementation of strategy, making necessary adjustments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant, preferably in MNC environments.
  • Hands-on Recruitment and C&B experience for multinational companies.
  • Experience in HR projects and serving in key HR advisory roles.

Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and IT tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and complex environments.
  • Fluency in English; command of Chinese is an advantage.
