Job Description
- Identify and develop HR service solutions tailored to client needs, encompassing talent acquisition, training, employee outsourcing, expatriate management, payroll, tax, and social security.
- Proactively market and sell HR services, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
- Provide guidance and ensure client compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct HR analysis, develop reports, and present insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets for HR services.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant.
- Strong C&B experience with MNC companies (from 500 headcounts).
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, local labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
