Job Description
- Check the remaining quantity of raw materials in stock and make a purchase plan.
- For available suppliers: check prices, make orders, submit to the manager for approval, and send to suppliers
- For new items: find suppliers, get quotes, submit to the manager to select the right supplier and good prices, place orders, prepare necessary documents to import goods (if any)
- Notify warehouse schedule delivery
Job Requirement
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Work Experience: at least 1 year
- Strongly in Purchasing
- Proficient in English (Listening/Speaking/Writing)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
