Job Description
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for agency roles, including sales/new business, creative, account, media, digital, and support functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide effective hiring solutions.
- Support onboarding and probation follow-up to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)/Payroll
- Monitor and track HR-related expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget and company policies.
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee cost control.
- Prepare HR cost reports and headcount updates for Strategic Director and Group HR.
3. HR & Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies management, filing systems, and correspondence.
- Handle office-related registrations, documentation, and compliance matters.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as phone answering and courier arrangement.
- Ensure proper office upkeeping and a professional working environment.
4. Sales & Business Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including arranging samples for customers when required.
- Coordinate internal logistics to support client meetings and business activities.
5. Reporting & Systems
- Prepare HR reports, headcount tracking, and cost analysis using Excel-based reporting for the Vietnam office.
- Coordinate closely with Group HR, where an HRIS system is in place, to ensure data accuracy and consistency across regions.
6. Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key HR contact for the Vietnam office, reporting directly to the Strategic Director.
- Work closely with Group HR at headquarters to align local HR practices with global standards.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or Senior HR Generalist.
- Stable career background with long-term commitment; frequent job changes are not preferred.
- Prior experience in Advertising/Marketing Agency, Digital Agency, E-commerce, or similar service-driven industries is required.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Age 30 and above.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and multitask effectively.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel-based HR reporting in the absence of a local HRIS.
