Job Description
- Lead the development, implementation, and reporting of strategic and annual business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
- Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze capital expenditures, and develop financial models.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and KPIs, providing feedback and reports on performance against targets.
- Work closely with department managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall strategies and facilitate strategic planning meetings and workshops.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for affiliate senior management, the executive committee, and the Members Council.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field is typically required, with a Master's degree often preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or a similar analytical role. Experience working with senior management teams is highly valued.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling software are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
- A solid understanding of business operations, financial principles, and industry dynamics.
- Male, aged 40 – 45 is required
