Job Description
- Market and deliver professional HR business solutions and services to targeted clients to generate revenue and gain market share.
- Define the scope of HR services and business models for a strong value proposition to clients (including talent acquisition, training, HR consulting, employee outsourcing, expatriate management, human capital management advisory, payroll computation, tax return calculation, social security insurance planning, etc.).
- Proactively market and sell HR services and oversee implementation and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and ensure client HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct HR-related analysis, develop reports, and present insights to clients.
- Continuously build stronger client relationships.
- Generate or exceed targeted revenue and operating profitability of the HR services business.
- Regularly measure and monitor strategy implementation and make adjustments to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirement
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices, with sound HR generalist knowledge applied in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on recruitment & C&B experience with MNCs.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with HR projects and in a key HR advisory role.
- Strong focus on external customers.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multi-stakeholder/client management skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant.
- Strong presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent handling of MS Office and associated IT tools.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and complex environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
