Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services/programs and competition status;
- Other tasks assigned by the Company.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Advance diploma and above
- Basic computer training certification
Required experience
- Strong Negotiation skills;
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- Experience in working independently with minimal guidance and exercising mature judgment;
- Experience with prioritizing the workload effectively to meet deadlines and work objectives;

- Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Good communication skills;
- Confidentiality, strong attention to detail & multi-tasking;
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
- Ability to work on shift and weekend when being required;
