Job Description
HR Service Solutions & Value Proposition
- Develop and promote HR business solutions, including payroll services, tax computation, social insurance management, talent acquisition, training, HR consulting projects, and employee outsourcing.
- Define clear service scopes and business models to strengthen client value propositions.
Client Management & Delivery
- Proactively market and sell HR solutions while overseeing implementation and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert guidance to ensure clients’ HR practices comply with all local labor regulations.
Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct HR-related data analysis and generate reports with actionable insights for clients.
- Monitor service delivery performance and propose process improvements.
Business Development & Performance
- Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets for the HR services portfolio.
- Regularly measure and monitor implementation of business strategies and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant in multinational companies.
- Proven experience in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits functions.
- Solid understanding of Vietnam labor laws and regulations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other HR-related IT tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with payroll systems and HR reporting tools.
Soft Skills
- Strong business acumen and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clients.
- Culturally adaptable, collaborative, and able to work in diverse teams.
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
