Compliance and Standards Execution

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and the Company’s HSE standards and principles.
• Ensure Safety and Health requirements are fully integrated into planning and operational reviews.

HSE Execution Plan Management

• Implement the yearly HSE execution plan and communicate it to management.
• Ensure the plan includes effective risk management procedures.
• Propose modifications to the execution plan when required to reflect changes in risk during implementation.

Site Safety and Health Management

• Ensure safe and controlled site conditions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Ensure correct signage and effective management of all relevant risks.
• Maintain high standards of health and hygiene conditions for workers.
• Ensure appropriate emergency medical response systems are in place.

Capability Building and Coaching

• Provide training and coaching to team members to develop their knowledge of risk management, legislation, and HSE duties.
• Provide personal coaching and ongoing support to strengthen local capabilities.

Audit and Performance Review

• Ensure compliance is regularly audited and HSE performance is assessed.
• Use audit results to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote effective communication of successes, learnings, and strong contributor recognition.

Security Oversight

• Monitor and review daily security activities.
• Monitor the performance of CCTV systems.

Job Requirement

Experience & Competencies

• Demonstrated ownership of Safety and Health initiatives and ability to drive change through personal leadership.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and identify multiple root causes.
• Experience influencing behavioral change within a team or department.
• Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams.
• Capability to develop a yearly Safety and Health action plan and facilitate or implement it.
• Experience working in an operational environment.
• Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
• Proactive approach in anticipating issues and improving current practices.
