Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the US supermarket channel for ready-to-fry and ready-to-eat seafood products.
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with new and existing supermarket chains and distributors.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English language
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in US market export sales, specifically in the supermarket channel.
- Proven experience in selling ready-to-fry and ready-to-eat seafood products; experience with frozen and processed seafood is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of US import regulations, supermarket industry standards and certification requirements for the specified product category as above.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IPMS tools.
