Job Description
Payroll & Attendance
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor attendance, overtime, leave records, and shift data
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer salary, allowances, bonuses, and benefits programs
- Handle social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports (payroll, headcount, cost analysis, etc.)
Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Support PIT declaration, finalization, and employee-related tax matters
HR System & Data
- Maintain and update HR database (employee records, contracts, salary changes)
- Support HR system implementation or improvement if required
Employee Support
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and policies
Job Requirement
- 2–4 years of experience in C&B/payroll (preferably in manufacturing)
- Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law, insurance, and PIT
- Experience with payroll/HR software
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good Excel skills
- English communication
