Mô tả công việc

Payroll & Attendance

Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor attendance, overtime, leave records, and shift data

Compensation & Benefits

Administer salary, allowances, bonuses, and benefits programs
Handle social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies
Prepare HR reports (payroll, headcount, cost analysis, etc.)

Personal Income Tax (PIT)

Support PIT declaration, finalization, and employee-related tax matters

HR System & Data

Maintain and update HR database (employee records, contracts, salary changes)
Support HR system implementation or improvement if required

Employee Support

Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and policies

Yêu cầu công việc

2–4 years of experience in C&B/payroll (preferably in manufacturing)
Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law, insurance, and PIT
Experience with payroll/HR software
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Good Excel skills
English communication
