Job Description
1/ Executive Assistant to CEO
- Oversee and manage company-wide systems.
- Extract and consolidate reports for executive meetings.
- Record meeting minutes and coordinate action items with relevant departments.
- Update and refine internal company documents (policies, procedures, organizational charts, etc.).
- Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
2/ Learning & Development
- Training onboarding and systems for new employees
- Redesign and update training materials including: schedules, outlines, slides, and assessments.
- Training project management for undergraduate program
3/ Engagement
- Host (MC) in events (Monthly awards, Year-end and mid-year celebrations, and special holiday occasions.)
- Develop and implement engaging activities for internal events
- Prepare presentation slides for company events.
4/ Employer Branding – Cooperate Branding
- Serve as the primary liaison with external partners (Company and University).
- Draft collaborative materials (Contracts, MOUs, Ppt, ect.)
- Plan, execute, and coordinate collaborative activities with relevant departments
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good at English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT.)
- Can use Canva • Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
- Working time: Mon – Fri, 8:30 – 17:30
- Salary: Negotiable
- Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
