Job Description
- Prospecting and establishing relationships with importers and buyers across Vietnam.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations to promote trade.
- Participating in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities, including engagement with relevant associations and organizations.
- Developing and executing annual business plans and budgets for marketing and sales activities.
- Identifying and targeting potential importers across various categories such as traders, large-scale users (restaurant chains, pharmaceutical chains, brands seeking OEM and repacking services), wholesalers, and buyers offering import and warehousing services.
- Negotiating and securing contracts under CIF, DAP, and DDP terms.
- Gathering and analyzing market intelligence, including prospect lists, competitor activities, pricing, and import volumes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Cultivating and managing relationships with key buyers nationwide.
- Proposing, managing, and adhering to operational expenditure budgets.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Sales Director.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7-10 years of proven experience in sales within the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong emphasis on Red Meat.
- A strong understanding of the Vietnamese import market and regulations is essential.
- Exceptional sales funnel management skills are crucial.
- Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and business development.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
