Mô tả công việc

Prospecting and establishing relationships with importers and buyers across Vietnam.
Conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations to promote trade.
Participating in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities, including engagement with relevant associations and organizations.
Developing and executing annual business plans and budgets for marketing and sales activities.
Identifying and targeting potential importers across various categories such as traders, large-scale users (restaurant chains, pharmaceutical chains, brands seeking OEM and repacking services), wholesalers, and buyers offering import and warehousing services.
Negotiating and securing contracts under CIF, DAP, and DDP terms.
Gathering and analyzing market intelligence, including prospect lists, competitor activities, pricing, and import volumes.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and alignment with overall business objectives.
Cultivating and managing relationships with key buyers nationwide.
Proposing, managing, and adhering to operational expenditure budgets.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Sales Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree required.
7-10 years of proven experience in sales within the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong emphasis on Red Meat.
A strong understanding of the Vietnamese import market and regulations is essential.
Exceptional sales funnel management skills are crucial.
Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and business development.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
