Job Description
Delivery Management & Last-Mile Excellence
- Own the outbound delivery strategy, including route optimization, daily dispatch coordination, and real-time KPI monitoring (OTD, lead time, failed delivery rate).
- Coordinate specialized "white-glove" delivery and assembly services for B2B gym and corporate wellness clients to ensure contract SLAs are met.
- Manage 3PL/carrier performance, including contract enforcement, rate negotiation, and resolving escalated damage claims or COD discrepancies.
Warehouse Operations
- Oversee full warehouse workflows: inbound receiving, storage layout, picking, packing, and outbound staging, ensuring safety and 98%+ inventory accuracy.
- Enforce SOPs for quality inspections and damage reporting within the ERP system.
- Lead periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile variances to maintain fiscal integrity.
- Ensure strict compliance with warehouse safety (fire protection, forklift operations, rack load limits).
Import / Export Coordination
- Collaborate with customs brokers to manage import declarations for equipment and spare parts sourced from global factories.
- Ensure accurate HS code classification and duty optimization while maintaining updated knowledge of Vietnam Customs Law and MOIT circulars.
Planning, Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare logistics performance reports (throughput, stock accuracy, freight cost-per-unit) for S&OP meetings.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to align delivery schedules with commercial milestones and AR collection targets.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics operations, with a strong background in outbound delivery and warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience with WMS or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam customs procedures and import/export operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent problem-solving skills for handling delivery escalations, route failures, and carrier disputes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for KPI analysis and cost reporting.
- Good English communication skills for coordination with regional supply chain teams (e.g., Taiwan).
Personality & Attitude
- "Delivery-Obsessed" mindset: Takes personal ownership of on-time performance.
- Resilient under pressure, able to manage multiple urgent tasks simultaneously.
