Warehouse Operations & Team Management

• Manage warehouse associates and oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Monitor work performance and ensure safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks, appraise results, and support recruitment, orientation, coaching, and motivation of employees.
• Lead training initiatives to improve employee performance.

Inventory, Compliance & Process Control

• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to ensure efficient warehouse operations following ISO 22000/HACCP standards.
• Set up warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Maintain standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.
• Manage stock control and reconcile inventory with the data storage system.
• Prepare regular reports and statistics, including IN/OUT status reports and dead stock reports.

Budget, Audit, KPI & Truck Scale Management

• Prepare annual warehouse budget, monitor expenses, and control warehouse budget.
• Participate in internal audits, third-party audits, and customer audit sessions.
• Set up warehouse KPIs, evaluate overall operation results regularly, and report to the BOD.
• Record and monitor the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials, ensure accurate weighing at the weighbridge, and coordinate with Data and Accounting teams for reporting accuracy.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position; experience in Food, Feed, or Aquaculture industry is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Language / Other Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Able to coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, Data team, Accounting team, Sales team, Factory team, auditors, third parties, and customers.
• Able to work at Dat Do factory.

• Hands-on, responsible, and operationally disciplined.
• Proactive in improving warehouse productivity, safety, and service quality.
• Detail-oriented in stock control, reports, data accuracy, and audit preparation.
• Able to lead warehouse teams and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
