Mô tả công việc
- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory control, storage, allocation, shelf management, and inbound/outbound processes.
- Ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient management of all goods.
- Collaborate with production to ensure timely material availability according to production schedules.
- Track material plans and project progress.
- Monitor the status of material orders and deliveries.
- Assist with warehouse inventory storage, including accurate transaction recording (physical count for body sheet, steel disc, and coils).
- Monitor stock levels for paint and chemicals, and replenish stock as needed.
- Update material and goods information and statuses in the LN system.
- Issue materials based on production requests.
- Manage and record scheduled waste storage.
- Maintain proper records for scrap materials (steel, cardboard).
- Assist with issuing gate passes for scrap collection.
- Record and highlight obsolete stock in the warehouse.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse goods receiving and management.
- Forklift driving skills.
