- Develop brand strategy and create integrated marketing and branding plans.
- Execute ATL/BTL, POSM, and digital campaigns according to the brief.
- Conduct market research and collaborate with R&D to launch products that fit market needs.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with commercial goals (sales, market-share, distribution, brand health).
- Define KPIs, timelines, resource allocation, and success metrics for each initiative.
- Manage marketing budgets and expenses effectively.
- Other requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related major.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the food industry; experience in the egg sector is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge about Marketing and New product development.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
