Checker for CCW Team:
- Checking documentation for Credit Limit Implementation in line with Credit approval and Facility/Mortgage Agreements and other required documents for Wholesale Borrowers.
- Checking documents for Loan Disbursement.
- Performing daily tasks for credit administration control.
- Ensuring compliance with Local Regulations (including but not limited to Lending regulations, Enterprise Law).
- Ensuring adherence to Bank's Policy & Procedures in daily operation.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and proactively supporting other team members.
- Other tasks assigned by the CCW Team Lead.
Reporting:
- Daily, monthly, and quarterly reports including Covenant, collateral, and other control reports.
- Other reports as required by Management or Head Office.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong experience in Credit Administration Control, Facilities Agreements, and related Security Agreements.
- Deep knowledge of Credit facilities and banking products.
- Deep understanding of the Law of Enterprise, corporate approval authority, Law of Credit Institution, and SBV regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
