Mô tả công việc

Monitor, evaluate, and/or audit a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods, including chat and email.
Report evaluation results to appropriate Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners).
Participate in calibration sessions/call listening sessions with Quality Leadership staff, Operations, Program Management, and clients.
Participate in internal quality audits of existing processes to determine process control, efficiencies, and recommend changes.
Maintain strong program knowledge; understand client products, services, and program strategies.
Participate in quality task forces with Business stakeholders.
Meet departmental productivity requirements (e.g., number of calls monitored, emails evaluated).
Complete phone time to stay current on programs (as applicable).
Contribute to maintaining forms and legends documents.
Support management's focus on reviewing key drivers, metrics, and operational processes that influence Balanced Scorecards and profitability goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

Chinese Language (Mandarin/Cantonese) fluency in work (HSK5 and above).
English communication skills.
Experience in audit/check sample.
Coaching/training skills.
Customer service mindset.
Openness to all industries.
Technical knowledge is not a must (training provided).
