Treasury Operations:
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports related to cash management, trade positions, loan schedules, and payment confirmations.
- Process daily treasury payments, including foreign exchange (FX), loan transactions, and intercompany transactions through TMS Swift. Ensure timely payments and receipts to support business operations.
- Verify payment instructions against master data to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Other:
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- First-class Bachelor's Degree or Second Class Upper in Accountancy, Business Studies, or Finance/Banking from a reputable university (specific examples provided). Minimum GPA of 3.5 is required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working in a bank is essential.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in Singapore.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with co-workers based in Singapore.
- Willingness to work on-site at the office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented work ethic.
