Mô tả công việc

Develop technical prototypes and application solutions to support product promotion to customers
Build and execute sales & marketing plans to expand the market for food additive products
Actively visit customers, provide technical consultation, and promote company products
Identify new product opportunities and potential market segments
Monitor and analyze food industry trends in Vietnam
Handle product registration and ensure compliance with local regulations
Stay updated on Vietnam food regulations and relevant policies
Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and technical events as a presenter
Perform other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Bioscience, …
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (technical sales / application / food ingredients)
Strong English communication and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical thinking with strategic and creative mindset
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop technical documents & customer solutions effectively
Independent, logical thinking with strong sense of ownership
Team player with ability to work under pressure
High level of discipline, diligence, and willingness to work onsite daily

Preferred Profile (Nice to Have)

Experience in food additives / fermentation / amino acids / flavor enhancers
Existing network with F&B manufacturers in Vietnam
