Job Description
- Develop technical prototypes and application solutions to support product promotion to customers
- Build and execute sales & marketing plans to expand the market for food additive products
- Actively visit customers, provide technical consultation, and promote company products
- Identify new product opportunities and potential market segments
- Monitor and analyze food industry trends in Vietnam
- Handle product registration and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Stay updated on Vietnam food regulations and relevant policies
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and technical events as a presenter
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Bioscience, …
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (technical sales / application / food ingredients)
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical thinking with strategic and creative mindset
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop technical documents & customer solutions effectively
- Independent, logical thinking with strong sense of ownership
- Team player with ability to work under pressure
- High level of discipline, diligence, and willingness to work onsite daily
Preferred Profile (Nice to Have)
- Experience in food additives / fermentation / amino acids / flavor enhancers
- Existing network with F&B manufacturers in Vietnam
