Job Description
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote sustainable coconut farming practices among farmers and local buying agents.
- Plan, organize, and manage projects related to coconut sustainability.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (local government, company departments, farmers, buying agents, certification bodies) to drive the adoption of sustainable practices.
- Analyze and monitor data related to sustainability programs/projects and their impacts.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, adapting to changes and delays.
- Analyze and evaluate the overall effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of two organic agronomist staff.
Job Requirement
- 4-5 years of experience in coconut sustainability.
- Experience in budget planning and project management.
- Proven ability to successfully implement certification processes (RFA, 4C, Organic).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
