- Lead and mentor the SCM team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Possess a deep understanding of logistics, distribution networks, and the procurement process.
- Identify and assess suitable suppliers for various materials, leveraging your strong supplier network both locally and globally.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their material requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Manage inventory levels effectively to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in supply chain management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, with a Master's degree in Business Administration being advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a supply chain management function.
- Proven experience in sourcing and developing new suppliers, both locally and internationally.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical components and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
