Job Description

Lead and mentor the SCM team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Possess a deep understanding of logistics, distribution networks, and the procurement process.
Identify and assess suitable suppliers for various materials, leveraging your strong supplier network both locally and globally.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their material requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
Manage inventory levels effectively to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in supply chain management.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, with a Master's degree in Business Administration being advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a supply chain management function.
Proven experience in sourcing and developing new suppliers, both locally and internationally.
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical components and systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
