Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Management

Source and develop local and overseas suppliers for products and merchandise.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
Issue Purchase Orders and monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.

Cross-functional Coordination & Supply Chain Support

Coordinate with Sales, Import/Export, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support customer orders and inventory requirements.
Handle supplier quotations, cost comparisons, and purchasing documentation.
Support purchasing decisions through market trend analysis, pricing movement tracking, and product availability updates.

Supplier Performance & Issue Resolution

Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and commercial disputes.
Prepare purchasing reports and ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
