Job Description
Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Management
- Source and develop local and overseas suppliers for products and merchandise.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and qualifying new suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Issue Purchase Orders and monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
Cross-functional Coordination & Supply Chain Support
- Coordinate with Sales, Import/Export, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support customer orders and inventory requirements.
- Handle supplier quotations, cost comparisons, and purchasing documentation.
- Support purchasing decisions through market trend analysis, pricing movement tracking, and product availability updates.
Supplier Performance & Issue Resolution
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and commercial disputes.
- Prepare purchasing reports and ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
