- Developing and proposing HR service scopes and business models, encompassing talent acquisition, training, consulting, outsourcing, and more.
- Marketing and selling services, overseeing implementation and deliverables.
- Providing guidance on local labor law compliance.
- Conducting HR analysis, reporting, and presenting insights.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Yêu cầu công việc
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits within multinational companies.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong external customer focus, business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are advantageous.
