Mô tả công việc
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations).
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and tax laws.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports (using Navision, Ocra, VAS), and budgets.
- Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; strong knowledge of Vietnam accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience (multinational manufacturing company or accounting firm preferred); experience with intercom transactions and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, transfer pricing, FCT, CIT, WHT for intercom sales; experience with accounting software.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with NAV/ERP systems is a must.
- Personal Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
