Mô tả công việc

  • Lead a client service team of 3-4 members with the level of manager, executive.
  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts (beverage, beer, Gaming, FMCG)  and take responsibility for their retention and growth
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Passionate to expand the network to explore the new chance of business with new clients aligned with the company’s strategy to achieve the company’s yearly gross profit KPI.
  • Leading as the primary contact point between the client & the agency to: receive the briefs, feedbacks; lead the assigned/pitching projects (60% is the social outreach campaign, 15% is  digital media campaign, the rest is IMC digital campaign & social commerce) from the concept until the execution; ensure the internal team (Planning team, design team, KOL management team, media team, …..) to understand the client’s expectation & deliver to high-quality deliverables to our clients/win the pitch. 
  • Manage the whole process and collaboration in cross-functional team members to ensure projects on track and meet client’s satisfaction.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly performance.
  • Manage P&L of each campaign.
  • Grasp & monitor the new market trends, tactics…. esp on different social platforms, on the digital world... & work on the tactical proposals to our clients.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 3+ years of experience in social outreach, digital advertising, digital media (good to have) & at least 1 year as the role of Senior Account Manager.
  • Good at presentation skills both in English & Vietnamese.
  • Able to lead the team, the project & work with clients at the level of SBM & MM.
  • Knowledgeable of the digital media and tactics for optimization.
  • Flexible to work over a number of projects and balance your workload.
