Support Sales Activities:
- Assist the Japanese manager with developing and executing sales strategies.
- Gather and analyze sales data, conduct market research, and interact with relevant departments (TT, MT, Marketing, Factory, Distributor).
- Plan and implement sales strategies, and support general sales operations for both TT and MT channels.
Other Sales Support:
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by the Japanese manager or Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures (FSSC 2200 & ISO 9001:2015).
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: University degree.
- Major/Specialization: Sales and FMCG industry knowledge.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role at an FMCG company, focusing on the Traditional Trade (TT) channel.
- Experience working in a Japanese company, studying, or working in Japan is a plus.
Skills and Attitude:
- Strong communication, numerical reasoning, and logical thinking skills.
- Proficient with common PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or Business level).
- Serious and target-oriented work approach.
