Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and expand business relationships with existing clients in the textile/garment sector.
- Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities to grow the company's client portfolio.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
Order Management & Execution
- Manage the full lifecycle of an order: from handling inquiries and quotations to sample development and final order processing.
- Follow up on production stages to ensure product quality and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Monitor production progress proactively, identifying and resolving potential issues regarding quality or delays.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Chinese regarding technical requirements and production status.
- Manage order-related documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks with high accuracy.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile/Garment Technology, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Merchandiser, Merchandiser, or similar roles within the textile/garment industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sample development, order follow-up, production workflows, and shipment processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for effective client communication.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to operational challenges.
Personality & Attitude
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive work ethic.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
