Mô tả công việc
- Generate and qualify leads in the cross-border e-commerce segment.
- Support Chinese suppliers and agencies in Vietnam.
- Support partnerships with marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Etsy, etc.).
- Effectively pitch and acquire new clients for core offerings and new product launches.
- Manage a B2B sales team (3-5 members).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3 years in cross-border e-commerce business development or sales, with experience in the China-Vietnam market a plus. Experience in Team management (2 years) is also preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English.
- Proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments, detail-oriented, and culturally sensitive.
