- In charge of attaining sales targets to boost the company's income
- Develop and preserve connections with potential factories, suppliers, and agencies.
- Strive to find new business prospects and engage in negotiations with possible clients.
- Monitor the sales funnel and coordinate actions to boost productivity and efficacy.
- Create and maintain fresh routes of distribution
- Work with the team to determine and address any problems or consumer rejections.
- Provide the organization with market knowledge and competition moves.
- Accurately and promptly complete sales reports, account plans, and calling/visiting reports for customers.
- Carry out other sales-related responsibilities as given by the department head or management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: Under 45 years old
- Graduated from university
- Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales for garment accessories products, including 2 years of experience in a manager position in the garment accessories industry
- Have wide networks in the garment industry, be able to work independently and under high pressure
- Fluent in Chinese
