Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential customers (especially FDI clients) and expand the company’s logistics market share.
- Promote and present logistics services via calls, online meetings, or face-to-face presentations.
- Participate in business associations, seminars, and networking events to acquire new leads.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profitability.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Performance & Market Growth
- Focus on sales performance to achieve group revenue and gross profit targets.
- Increase import volumes by approaching clients with import demand.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Uphold a professional company image in all market interactions.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in freight forwarding (freehand sales preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and the freight forwarding industry.
- Good understanding of sales performance indicators.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability, detail-oriented, responsible, and hardworking.
- Ability to work under pressure and in teams.
