Sales Activities

Source and develop customer referrals and new business opportunities.
Prepare and execute sales action plans and strategies.
Schedule sales activities and maintain customer engagement.
Make sales calls to new and existing customers, directly or with agents/partners.
Develop and deliver product and service presentations to customers.
Negotiate sales proposals, prepare contracts, and ensure follow-up.
Conduct technical training and trials in collaboration with the R&D department.
Maintain accurate sales activity records and customer visit reports.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Carry out market research, monitor competitors, and analyze market trends.
Participate in industry sales events.
Monitor customer orders, issue purchase orders to HQ Singapore, and coordinate cargo schedules with logistics teams.
Manage customer-related documents, samples, and input into cloud systems.

Sales Reports

Prepare sales reports, including budget, monthly estimation, and new business pipeline.

Training

Attend company training sessions and actively self-learn to improve product and sales knowledge.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology (mandatory).
3–5 years of experience in the food ingredients industry (mandatory).
Experience working with international companies is an advantage.

Languages

Fluent English (mandatory).

Skills & Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
Good presentation and reporting skills.
