Business Strategy and Market Development

• Develop long-term business strategies and market development plans.
• Research and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.
• Propose strategies to expand domestic and international markets (if any).
• Manage the product portfolio including Prefabricated Houses, Wood-Metal Components, CLT Construction Wood, Glulam, Furniture Products, and adjust according to market trends.

Sales Operations Management

• Direct and supervise sales activities to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Build pricing policies and sales policies suitable for each market.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize business processes.

Customer and Partner Development

• Search for, expand, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners.
• Build a network of relationships with product distributors, investors, and sales channels.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with key customers and investors.

Team Leadership and Development

• Build, train, and manage the staff of the Business and Market Development Division.
• Set KPIs and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff.
• Encourage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.

Reporting and Evaluation

• Monitor, analyze, and report business performance periodically to the General Director.
• Propose solutions to improve business operational efficiency.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or equivalent majors.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the business of furniture and wood products, CLT construction wood components, Glulam, metal components for export prefabricated houses, and domestic/export projects.
• Understanding of furniture products, wood products, wood components, and metal components.
• Knowledge and clear understanding of import-export operations.

• Fluent in English (Writing, Listening, Speaking).
• Good planning and organizational management capabilities.
• Analytical skills with the ability to provide quick and accurate solutions.
• Teamwork skills.
• Agile, dynamic, and sociable working style within the Company environment as well as with customers/partners.
