Mô tả công việc

Be responsible to build up the quality system for the factory.
To meet the requirements from different customers on the QMS.
According to the customers’ inspection criteria to ensure a high first time inspection pass rate.
Master in quality tools: 8D report, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 6 sigma is a plus if possible.
According to the customer complaints, draft the CAP and ensure it gets implemented.
For new product development projects, learn the critical quality points in China, then carry over these points to Vietnam factory and ensure all gets implemented.
Ensure all lab equipment in good condition and calibrated on time, arrange the required tests against customers’ requirements.
Manage the whole Vietnam factory quality team, including IQC, IPQC, FQC, testing lab.
Always provide on time response to customers’ request (24 hour response is a regular policy).

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor in engineering related major.
Can speak Chinese, English is a plus if possible.
10 years + working experience in quality area, 5 years + management experience.
Proficient in quality management system (QMS) and quality tools.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Can travel to China (Zhejiang province) if needed.
