Supplier Inspection & Quality Compliance

• Manage inspection programs and perform pre-shipment inspections at supplier factories.
• Assess product conformance to specifications and document inspection results with written reports and photographs.
• Communicate inspection results to managers and suppliers as required.
• Determine compliance of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods against specifications and standard procedures.

Factory Audit & Corrective Action Management

• Audit factory QA records to collect manufacturing data and support production test plan requirements.
• Execute factory line audits and recommend corrective action requests for improvement.
• Lead structured problem-solving teams to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions for supplier quality issues.

New Product & Supplier Quality Support

• Support commercialization of new products at supplier factories.
• Identify product quality risks during product development and communicate them to the product development team.
• Conduct onsite reviews of Quality and Ethical GAPs as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required; Engineering discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to interpret product specifications and drawings.
• Knowledge of statistical methods is preferred.
• Good written, oral, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to conduct inspections, audits, documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.

Language / Other Requirements

• Fluency in Vietnamese is required.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
• Able to work with suppliers and communicate quality findings clearly.

• Responsible in supplier quality compliance and inspection documentation.
• Analytical and structured in problem solving.
• Able to work independently with assigned factories and cross-functional teams.
