Job Description
- Monitor, evaluate, and/or audit a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods, including chat and email.
- Report evaluation results to appropriate Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners).
- Participate in calibration sessions/call listening sessions with Quality Leadership staff, Operations, Program Management, and clients.
- Participate in internal quality audits of existing processes to determine process control, efficiencies, and recommend changes.
- Maintain strong program knowledge; understand client products, services, and program strategies.
- Participate in quality task forces with Business stakeholders.
- Meet departmental productivity requirements (e.g., number of calls monitored, emails evaluated).
- Complete phone time to stay current on programs (as applicable).
- Contribute to maintaining forms and legends documents.
- Support management's focus on reviewing key drivers, metrics, and operational processes that influence Balanced Scorecards and profitability goals.
Job Requirement
- Chinese Language (Mandarin/Cantonese) fluency in work (HSK5 and above).
- English communication skills.
- Experience in audit/check sample.
- Coaching/training skills.
- Customer service mindset.
- Openness to all industries.
- Technical knowledge is not a must (training provided).
