Job Description

  • Monitor, evaluate, and/or audit a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods, including chat and email.
  • Report evaluation results to appropriate Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners).
  • Participate in calibration sessions/call listening sessions with Quality Leadership staff, Operations, Program Management, and clients.
  • Participate in internal quality audits of existing processes to determine process control, efficiencies, and recommend changes.
  • Maintain strong program knowledge; understand client products, services, and program strategies.
  • Participate in quality task forces with Business stakeholders.
  • Meet departmental productivity requirements (e.g., number of calls monitored, emails evaluated).
  • Complete phone time to stay current on programs (as applicable).
  • Contribute to maintaining forms and legends documents.
  • Support management's focus on reviewing key drivers, metrics, and operational processes that influence Balanced Scorecards and profitability goals.

Job Requirement

  • Chinese Language (Mandarin/Cantonese) fluency in work (HSK5 and above).
  • English communication skills.
  • Experience in audit/check sample.
  • Coaching/training skills.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Openness to all industries.
  • Technical knowledge is not a must (training provided).
