Quality Control System Management:

• Take ultimate responsibility for product quality within the assigned zone.
• Communicate buyer quality requirements to the QA team, factory management, and subcontractors.
• Support QA teams and factories during production, especially for complex orders.
• Optimize QA team deployment for maximum efficiency and cost savings.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality management system, suggesting improvements.
• Prepare for and manage quality audits by customers or third-party organizations.
• Review quality reports, collaborate with the Factory Director on corrective actions, and ensure products pass final inspection.
• Oversee and manage quality-related tasks.
• Organize and monitor QA team activities (size set checks, pilot runs, inline inspections, pre-final and final inspections).
• Manage quality-related situations, especially during final inspections with high-risk orders.

Quality Strategy & Buyer Relations:

• Advise senior management on quality strategy based on standards, complexity, and risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
• Provide excellent customer service, exceeding expectations where possible.
• Provide technical support to buyers.

Training:

• Organize training for the QA team and factory staff on new product quality requirements.
• Train the QA team on service skills, relationship building, and KPIs.

Other Responsibilities:

• Make decisions within the assigned scope of work.
• Propose resources for quality control system implementation.
• Manage QA staffing.
• Protect confidential information related to quality and technology.
• Request necessary documents and information for quality inspections.
• Propose improvements to the quality control system.
• Manage and evaluate QA staff performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

• More than 5 years of experience in garment industry management.
• Experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team leadership and management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of sewing, washing, and finishing processes in garment manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and ability to work under pressure.
• Education: University degree.
• Foreign Language: English communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using office computers and management software.
