Production Management
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production line.
Workforce Supervision
- Manage and supervise a team of 40+ workers on the shop floor.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to employees.
- Motivate, train, and coach staff to enhance skills and improve productivity.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production schedules.
- Monitor material usage, equipment status, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Support management in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
eporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports.
- Ensure adherence to company regulations and operational procedures.
- Work closely with management to achieve operational KPIs.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in plastic, packaging, or related manufacturing industries.
- Experience managing at least 40 workers.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Good English communication (approx. 6/10 level; fluency not required).
- Energetic, hardworking, and willing to take on challenges.
Other Requirements
- Must be available to start within 15 days.
