- Participate in creating the production strategy and forecasting.
- Develop detailed production schedules (monthly, weekly, daily).
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material availability, capacity, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency, cost reduction, workflow improvements, reduced lead times, and increased flexibility.
- Analyze production data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans (e.g., supply chain disruptions).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities.
- Language: Chinese fluency (reading, writing, speaking) and English reading/writing capability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years in production planning and control, with at least 2 years in the garment or apparel manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience managing production schedules and optimizing factory processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
